A Catholic priest I watched on video opined that perhaps his church should die and be rebuilt by true believers meeting in their homes. Away with baptized pagans, Vatican banks and huge edifices with only a handful of worshippers.

In 1955, ten years after the close of World War II -- a mere two years after St. David's was founded as a daughter church to All Saints in Lakeland -- there were 8,053 parishes and missions in the church. But, by the mid-20th century, during the midst of the massive post war baby boom, the number of Episcopal congregations was steadily falling.

Most recently, the Episcopal School has not been able to shed the stigma of older predatory upperclassmen preying on younger female students in games of sexual conquest. The 2014 scandal has resulted in an 18-year-old graduate being tried for aggravated felonious assault, sexual assault and the child endangerment of a 15-year-old freshman.

But the irony is deep and overwhelming; the leftist media and politicians are blowing the lid right off the Church's homosexual subculture, heretofore their fellow travelers in the pansexual movement!

One Catholic priest who gets it said this; "God will use the government as a scourge to reform the Church."
