Anglican Ordinariate for Australia up by Pentecost, to include Japan
While the emphasis of Anglicanorum coetibus is for Anglicans to enter the Catholic Church in groups, 28 Anglican priests in Australia have so far expressed their firm intention to take up Pope Benedict's offer.
The Traditional Anglican Communion, a group of disaffected Anglicans who have been seeking full communion with Rome for years, will host a festival in Perth on 26 February at Holy Family Catholic Church in Como for the Anglican Ordinariate for Australia.

Former Anglican bishops find a new home in Rome
It was set up by Pope Benedict XVI as a home for traditionalist Anglicans unhappy in the Church of England, and especially with its decision to introduce women bishops.
The Ordinariate will welcome married priests, although they will not be able to become bishops, and it will preserve some Anglican traditions and practices.
As bishops, the three clerics supervised parishes that opted out of contact with women priests.

Mgr Seamus O'Boyle, the vicar general of Westminster, presented the three men for ordination. The bishop examined the candidates and they promised to respect and obey the ordinary of the ordinariate, who has not yet been announced.
The private event was attended by approximately 50 people, family and guests of the deacons and the seminarians at Allen Hall.
