From a VOL reader: "Yesterday, the TEC Motion to Consolidate all of the cases against the incorporated parishes was denied by a judge.

This means that they will have to fight multiple cases in different counties throughout the state (seven I believe).

Not an inexpensive undertaking...their court costs just multiplied tremendously."
