NOTE: A conservative Blog has questioned the source of these lists. They came from a sitting bishop in the HOB. They were e-mailed to me. Also questioned is the appearance of Bishop Charles Jenkins on the list. When I first got the list and saw his name was not on it I e-mailed him. He told me he had left GC2009 a day early and did not know about the minority report. He asked me to add him and said he would get in touch with the originator. His appearance on this list is legitimate.
