There were 109 parishes represented. There were two Archbishops, Rwaje and Duncan. There were six sitting bishops, three from Rwanda, two American and a guest from the CANA/ACNA group.
They included:
Bishop Louis Muvunyi (Rwanda)
Bishop Laurent Mbanda (Rwanda)
Bishop Alexis Bilidabagabo (Rwanda)
Bishop Terrell Glenn (USA)
Bishop Thad Barnum (USA)
Bishop Julian Dobbs (CANA)
There were about 350-400 in attendance at the Sacred Assembly. The tenor of much of the leadership was repentant and conciliar as a way forward was sought in the context of worship, prayer and listening to each other and our leaders from Rwanda.

The Bible is to be translated, read, preached, taught and obeyed in its plain and canonical sense, respectful of the church's historic and consensual reading..."
