At the Synod's concluding Eucharist, the Primate of Central Africa, Archbishop Albert Chama of Lusaka, promulgated four motions that the Synod had approved after debate. The first was that those Dioceses in the Province that are ready to ordain women should be allowed to go ahead. The others were:

A formidable protestant group, the Chennai-headquartered CSI Church reportedly has around 45 lakh churchgoers in south India. A large section of the laity who were at loggerheads with Bishop Rasalam alleged that the decision to enhance retirement age was announced by him during an "illegal" synod meeting held in Trichy in March, 2022. Following this P K Rose Bist, former administrative secretary of CSI South Kerala Diocese, approached the Madras HC.

According to an announcement from the Episcopal Wisconsin Trialogue, the resolution passed the Eau Claire annual convention with 91.5% of the vote and the Milwaukee annual convention with 92% in favor.

For the Fond du Lac annual convention, the regional body leadership held a roll call vote for the resolution, with 61.2% of the diocese's lay delegates and 76% of its clergy voting yes.

The assembled Primates committed to setting two priorities:
• 'to take the gospel out urgently' recognising the roots of the global Communion in the faithful and costly proclamation of the gospel;
• 'to work on re-setting the Communion according to its biblical and historical roots. We all know and lament that our Communion has entered into a deep darkness of rebellion to the truth of God's word.'
